If the problem is urgent, please contact the numbers provided by your agent, or contact a 24-hour service to fix it immediately. If the problem is not urgent, contact the Building Manager.

Can I get a remote control if I do not rent or own a car spot?

The collection day is on Wednesday. Please leave your items on Tuesday afternoon or evening at the entrance next to the tree, after arranging this with the Building Manager.

How do I know what goes in the Yellow lid recycling bin and what goes in the Red lid rubbish bin?

It’s great if you have some time to read this (5 minutes read). It helps contribute to recycling and making Sydney a more environmentally conscious city.

Here is a link from the City of Sydney Council to provide you with more information on the topic. At the bottom of that page, you’ll find some very useful tips!

What happens if a drain gets blocked?

The first thing you should do is contact the Building Manager as soon as you notice any drainage issues. The sooner we can address the problem, the better to prevent it from worsening.

We strongly urge you not to flush any wipes or materials other than toilet paper down the toilet. This can cause blockages in the pipes and affect the building’s drainage system.

Please contact us if you have any other questions.
