Riviera Laundry Rules

  • Clothes left in machines or dryers will be removed.
  • Machine usage: washing and dryer cycles are $4.00
  • Please clean the lint filter before and after each use for the dryer to work efficiently.
  • No smoking in the laundry or any common areas in the building.
  • For any other questions or help, please text or call the building manager at 0410 942 323.
  • Laundry hours: 7:30 am – 9:00 pm

Washing Machine Operating Instructions (Step by step)

  1. Load laundry.
  2. Close machine door.
  3. Add detergent to compartment B. (See compartments details on the sticker at the front of each machine)
  4. Select cycle.
  5. Insert $4 using $1 or $2 coins.
  6. Press Start.

Important: If the machine door is not properly closed, a message “E dL” will show on the screen. Open the door, close it again, and press start for the cycle to begin.

Dryer Operating Instructions (Step by step)

Press Start.

Load dryer.

Close machine door.

Select temperature.

Insert $4 using $1 or $2 coins.

Quick tip: If you want a longer drying cycle, you can add more coins up to $2 (90 minutes).
