Riviera Rooftop – New Year’s Eve 2025
The Executive Committee of the Owners Corporation has arranged the use of the rooftop area for residents to view this year’s New Year’s Eve fireworks.
As in previous years, access to the rooftop for fireworks viewing is limited to two people per unit.
To apply for passes, please fill out the form below and click ‘Submit’ by 29 December. Passes will be distributed shortly after on a first-come, first-served basis.
Security officers will be on duty during the evening. Only residents or visitors with an authorised pass will be allowed access to the common rooftop area. This viewing area is located on the north-eastern side of the roof. All other rooftop sections are private property and can be accessed only with the owner’s permission.
Please note that only plastic cups and similar items are permitted on the rooftop. Glass bottles or containers are strictly prohibited.
Pets:
Please be mindful that fireworks can be distressing for animals due to the loud noise and large crowds. For their comfort and safety, residents are kindly asked not to bring pets to the rooftop during the fireworks viewing.
